Individual, Couples, Family Therapy, and Premarital Counseling

My hourly rate for sessions is $120.00. I accept cash, check, and most major credit cards. Payment for services is expected at the time of service.

I currently accept the following insurance: Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas (I can also accept Blue Cross or Blue Shield issued by another state if it is a PPO.), Cigna, and United Healthcare. I am awaiting an approval for updates on my contract with TriCare/Humana Military. Please contact me for these updates.

If I do not accept your insurance plan, I can provide you with a Superbill, which you are welcome to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance carrier for inquires about the process or for other details such as rate of reimbursement.
